still have the odd raised eyebrow whenever it's mentioned, but instead
of ooohh NO, we now get oh yes isn't that good fun and GREAT exercise.
Over
the last few years Stacey has been working hard to not only bring Pole
Dancing to normal women, but to increase awareness within the industry.
At StaceyPole we believe if we work together and do what we
love to the best of our ability Pole Dancing will evolve and become as
normal in Gym's and Dance Studio's as Aerobic Classes themselves, just
a little cheekier and much more fun.
All classes are held in Dance studios and Gyms across Hertfordshire,
Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage and Hatfield. We will make you feel
comfortable and most of all
make sure you have FUN and bring the best Quality classses.

along with Kat Williamson are also the joint founders and owners of the
largest national Amateur Pole Competition in the UK. The UKAPP is now
in it's 2nd Year and is bigger and better than ever , with the respect
of the Pole dance community and can happily boast some of the best
