Over the last few years Stacey Pole have been teaching ladies from across Hertfordshire how to Pole Dance and have fun whilst getting fit .
The 1 hour classes are dedicated to getting fit and having as much fun as possible. Whether large, small , loud or shy ALL are welcome at Stacey Pole.

With classes in Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Hitchin and various other venues  its easy and simple to join.

Stacey Pole offers first and formost POLE DANCING however we also offer  specialized class catered for in Sexy Back, Aerial Yoga and Pilates.

If you are shy and want to get some confidence then Sexy Back classes are perfect, If you want to bend and flex whilst loosing weight then Aerial Yoga and Pilates is for you....
