Stacey is the owner and head instructor of Stacey Pole, She started
pole dancing
in Feb 2005 and has loved it ever since, She is CRB checked has her V
Dance
Level 1 Qualification, Exercise to Music and is a Level 2 Pole Dance
Community
Instructor, Stacey is also a level 1 CRUNCH XPert and Level 1 Anti Gravity Yoga Instructor. Stacey has travelled
far and wide to Judge competitions and tour
with many of the great Pole Dancers. Stacey LOVES to Dance and so her
classes
are based around this. Even though she enjoys the tricks element of
Pole she
feels that dancing is the way to happiness. Stacey has 2 children and
also
works for the largest Pole manufacture in the world. She prides herself
on
being a larger lady and bringing Pole Dance, Fitness and Anti Gravity / Aerial Yoga to Normal women. |
 | Sherry
Holdsworth
As a Hair Dresser by day Sherry has a way with people, She is a natural at the
art but still makes students feel comfortable and at ease. Sherry was Stacey’s
youngest student at 17 and now at 20 she is an asset to the team. Sherry is also Stacey’s Doubles partner so
watch this space for some fun performances coming up. |
 | Sara Willoxs: Sara
is the newest member of the team and has just started her own class,
Sara is fun and graceful. With her bubbly personality she is becoming
the trixster out of us and is infusing her love of pole into her
classes, Sara will be around a lot more next year. |

 | Sarah and Katherine - Double trouble Classes: Coming
to a Wednesday night @ Fit 4 Less our newest instructors Katy and Sarah
both have been students of Stacey's for the last 2 years
and are now ready to take on instructing however the pair have
decided to do this together. Our Double Trouble team have some amazing
strength as single pole dancers so as a Pair they are great
instructors. |
